Jeff Wilks
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Wilks is President and CEO of Wilks Broadcast Group, a radio broadcasting company formed in 2005. As CEO, Mr. Wilks is involved in all aspects of the Company's operations, strategic development, and acquisition selection and integration.
Mr. Wilks has extensive prior experience in radio broadcasting, previously serving as CEO of Wilks Broadcasting, LLC (a WCMP II portfolio company). His expertise is in acquiring under-performing radio stations and improving station billings through aggressive marketing and promotion, while consolidating operations to reduce costs. Mr. Wilks has successfully built and operated several station groups during his career in a number of markets across the United States.
Jeff Wilks graduated from Syracuse University.
Stephen Bradshaw
Chief Financial Officer
Stephen has been the Chief Financial Officer for the Company since joining it in February 2005. Previously, he served as Controller for Cumulus Media Inc, one of the largest radio broadcasting companies in the country. Prior to that, Stephen served in a variety of Controller positions in the healthcare and software industries.
Stephen graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia State University in 1993 and earned his MBA from Georgia State University in 1997.
Stephen also has an active CPA license in the state of Georgia.
Stephen’s responsibilities include accounting, finance, HR, payroll and IT.
Lee Killian
Chief Operating Officer
Lee joined the company in October 2005 as Director of Sales. He assumed the role of COO after the company made its Denver acquisition in 2009. Lee’s focus is in sales and developing the sales staff in each of our markets. Lee has 20 years of experience in radio sales and management and had previously served as Market Manager in New Orleans for Jeff Wilks in a predecessor company.
Jeff Sanders
Executive Vice President - Programming
Jeff Sanders is Executive Vice President of Programming for Wilks Broadcasting, overseeing programming for 18 Radio Stations in Lubbock, TX; Reno, NV; Kansas City, MO; Fresno, CA; and Columbus, OH. Prior to joining Wilks, Jeff was Vice President of Programming for Beasley Broadcasting. In 1995, he started Sanders Consultancy, programming multiple stations in various markets from Cape Cod to Las Vegas.
Jeff was one of the youngest Program Directors to win Radio & Record’s Program Director of The Year award and Beasley Broadcasting’s Program Director of The Year award.
Jeff’s programming experience includes: Classic Rock, Top 40, Smooth Jazz, Adult Contemporary, Hip-Hop, R&B, Country, Alternative Rock, and more.
Jody Rosen
Vice President-National Sales
Jody rejoined the company in 2008 in his current role. He oversees all national sales for our markets in Columbus, Lubbock, Reno and Fresno. Jody has over 30 years experience including working with Lee Killian in New Orleans and being the original Market Manager of our Fresno cluster.
Katy Jennings
Vice President-National Sales
Katy joined the company as part of the Kansas City acquisition as National Sales Manager of that market. She was promoted to VP-National Sales when she added the responsibility of National Sales for Denver as well in 2009. Katy has over 15 years experience in radio sales.
